Ron has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Hunter College, the City University of New York, an M.A. in Educational Administration from Columbia University, and an M Ed. in Curriculum and Teaching from Columbia University. 

He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Andrews University with a concentration in Ed. Admin./Curriculum  & Teaching.

Ron worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, advancing

to the level of Director of Nursing.  He founded Pat-Kam School and Early Childhood Center twenty years ago and has been the Principal since its inception.  Prior to founding Pat-Kam School, he founded Guiding Light Early Childhood Center 25 years ago.

He is married with two children, Patricia and Kamilah.  His wife is a CPA with an MBA from St. Johns University.  Patricia has a BA in Biochemistry from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia. Kamilah graduated with a BA in Government & Politics from St. Johns University.
