Admissions Process:

Students may enroll at any time during the year based on availability of space. Parent and Child are interviewed as a part of the enrollment process. Parental involvement is strongly encouraged; parents must agree to work cooperatively with the school to educate their children. Students are admitted based on portfolio evauation. There is no placement test nor security deposit. There is a one time registration fee for each child enrolled.

Tuition:

Tuition is to be discussed with the Director. There is a 25% discount for siblings of any child enrolled. Scholarships and financial aid are also available for qualifying families.

Tuition payments can be made on an annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly basis. Payments must always be made at the beginning of the service period, not at the end. Monthly payments are due on the first school day of each month. There is a three-day grace period within which the tuition can be paid without penalty. After that date a late fee of $15 will be charged. The late fee must be paid at the time the tuition is paid.

Uniforms:

All students from kindergarten through fifth grade are required to wear uniforms. Uniforms for prekindergartners are optional. Most parents are very excited about the idea. one parent states, "They look so nice in their uniforms. It promotes discipline."

Referral Incentive Program

Effective March 1, 2006, any child who is enrolled in our school as a result of a referral from any of our parents,the referring parent will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on one month's tuition.
